Reservations Terms and Conditions

The company, Executive Global Travel Ltd, along with its subcontractors, commits to delivering services as outlined in the agreement. However, it cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control that may hinder service provision, including but not limited to flight alterations, traffic delays, security measures, and adverse weather conditions.
The company commits to delivering the agreed-upon service at the time of booking. Should there be any last-minute changes, the company will strive to accommodate the new requests; however, the inability to do so will not invalidate the original contract.
The company ensures comprehensive insurance coverage for both vehicles and passengers, adhering to the legal standards of the applicable state or territory where the service is offered. Nonetheless, passengers must take responsibility for their personal belongings, as the company is not liable for any loss or damage incurred. It is strongly advised that passengers secure appropriate insurance prior to their journey.
If a passenger cannot find their chauffeur and unable to contact them, they or the booker should contact +44 (0) 207 459 4559 (UK) or the local dispatch number listed on the driver notices before departing the pickup location to address the issue. Should the passenger leave without making this call, the service will incur a full charge as a No Show. In case of any disputes later, proof of the phone call, such as a copy of a mobile or other bill, will be necessary.
For information regarding flight delays, please contact +44 (0) 207 459 4559. While the Company will make efforts to monitor flights, please note that the tracking systems may not always be fully reliable. It is essential to report delays for short-haul flights (under 3 hours) via telephone.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all company vehicles at all times.
The company maintains the authority to deny service to individuals whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, threatening, or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.
Any damage to the vehicle, whether to the interior or exterior, resulting directly from passenger actions will be assessed at the company's discretion. This assessment will consider the repair costs and potential loss of income, including damage incurred from passengers opening the vehicle doors.
Service charges may vary depending on changes in requirements, such as additional mileage or time. These fees are generally applied upon service completion or can be scheduled for billing 14 days in advance. The Company reserves the right to apply charges in advance and/or to authorize funds using the credit card provided.
Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled travel time may result in full payment being required, as determined by the subcontractors. Furthermore, any cancellations or changes made less than 6 business hours prior to the pick-up time will incur charges.
This may vary by location but please be aware:Business hours are deemed to be 07.00 - 19.00 at the service location.
Transfers = 100%.
Hourly = Minimum 50% of booked hours.
Minibus Hire = Less than 72 hours notice will incur 100% charge.
Standard cancellation policy will not apply for major international, business and sporting events.
Standard Cancellation policy will not apply to certain locations for example Italy. The following will apply
VIP Sedan - Cancelled less than 72 hours before pick up time = 100%
Luxury Minivan - Cancelled less than 24 hours before pick up time = 100%
Business Sedan - Cancelled less than 24 hours before pick up time = 100%Inclusive waiting time allowance:
- 45 minutes waiting time allowance for airport arrivals from scheduled pickup time.
- 15 minutes waiting time allowance for other locations from scheduled pickup time.Parking and Zone charges will be charged at cost (e.g. London congestion charge).
Surcharges may apply on late evening or early morning pickups, public holidays and weekends.
The Booker is the person or organization that secures the reservation and is responsible for settling the costs of all services booked for themselves or their clients. While we may occasionally accept credit cards from third parties, any disputes with the cardholder will place the financial responsibility on the booker. By agreeing to this Reservation Agreement, you affirm that you have the right to utilize the credit card information of a third party.
The figures shown on confirmations and trip sheets prior to service delivery are presented in the local currency of the originating state or territory. The final charges will be converted to Euros or GBP on the invoice. Any quotes provided before booking are only estimates and are not legally binding. The ultimate charges will be based on the actual services provided.
Continuing with the reservation and using the service provided constitutes acceptance of the Reservation Agreement. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
